Cool weather is hopefully here to stay, the holiday season is upon us, and all I want to do is indulge in my favorite comfort foods. Tis the season for eating, am I right?
Mac + cheese is one of my all time favorite foods, but unfortunately not one of the healthiest options. Today I’m sharing a recipe for a slightly healthier alternative that will trick you into getting your helping of veggies but still allow you to enjoy all the cheesy goodness: Crockpot Cauliflower + Cheese.
As most crockpot recipes, this one is super easy. Chop it, melt it, cook it, eat it. Enjoy a big bowl on its own, or make it the side dish to your meal. We paired it with honey glazed pork chops + crispy green beans. Easy, cheesy, and good.
