We’re a week out from the the official start of spring, but let’s face it – most of us are still seeing some cool weather. And nothing is better than cozying up with a big bowl of soup. To be honest – I can go for ramen almost any time of year.
In the past, when Zack + I have made ramen at home we typically just use the cheap stuff and add in some extras like mushrooms, corn, boiled eggs, and some other veggies to make it a little more exciting + filling. But we decided we needed to step up our game once again and make some legit homemade broth.
Yup, you read that right – landed a job that I’ll share more on at another time. And while I’m sharing life updates, here’s one more: we got a kitty! If you follow my on instagram, you’ve seen plenty of our new fur child, Aretha. I plan to do a full introduction and share her story very soon so stay tuned, but for now, you can get your fix on insta because she’s basically all I post about now.
All right, that’s all for now. Scroll down for the ramen recipe, and if you give it a try, let me know what you think!
