I’m gonna go ahead & say “You’re welcome.” This recipe is simple & sure to be your new favorite snack (or side).
The first time I tried edamame, I was hooked. Healthy, tasty, & they pair well with so many things from salads to sushi to my guilty please, mac & cheese. (Seriously, throw some shelled edamame in with your M&C next time.)
And even though edamame are practically perfect as is, it’s nice to switch things up. Crispy Parmesan Edmame. So. Good. The recipe is below, and you’ll notice there are no measurements for the ingredients–it’s all about preference here, so knock yourself out with flavor.
